If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any membership, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days no questions asked. After seven calendar days, if you wish to downgrade your membership, this may only be done at the end of the current subscription period.
Requests for cancellation of a membership received after the initial seven calendar days following purchase will be addressed at the end of the subscription period. Your access to the membership area and payment will remain in effect until the end of the subscription period. At that time your membership access will be removed and the recurring payment stopped.
Refunds and cancellations will be may take up to 48 hours to process and will be retroactive to the date the request was received.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of one of our workshops, you may request a full refund within ten calendar days of your purchase date. Whether you have viewed the workshop or not, no refunds will be granted outside of the ten calendar day period.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a “live event”, you may request a full refund with five calendar days of your purchase. No refunds will be granted on this purchase outside of the five calendar day period.
Refunds on all sales products provided by third-party vendors will be determined by the policy of those vendors.

All askSlim.com materials, whether associated with the membership website or as part of one of the standalone workshops, are owned by Steve Miller, askSlim.com. All intellectual property rights in all materials available from askSlim.com, including the design, graphics and text of all printed materials and the audio and video of all presentations, are owned by Steve Miller and askSlim.com. No askSlim content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without the prior permission of Steve Miller. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of the askSlim.com intellectual property rights.
askSlim.com will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, costs, delays or other liability whatsoever (including without limitation any financial losses such as loss of profit) which you may incur as a result of any event beyond our reasonable control (including without limitation any failure of transmission, communication, computer or other facilities or your inability to access the website for any reason or any failure, error or delay in the sending or receiving any notice or communication or instruction through the post or any electronic medium).
