- Memberships
- All memberships are recurring unless otherwise stated. • You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your initial purchase—no questions asked. • After the 7-day window, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. No mid-cycle refunds will be issued. • Downgrades may only be made at the end of the current billing cycle. • Your access to member services—including Slim.AI—will remain active until the end of your paid term. • Cancellation requests may take up to 48 hours to process and will be retroactive to the date the request was received.
- Workshops
- You may request a full refund within ten (10) calendar days of your purchase. • Whether or not you have accessed the workshop content, no refunds will be granted after this 10-day period.
- Live Events
- Refunds for live events are available within five (5) calendar days of purchase. • No refunds will be granted after this period.
